Refund Policy

Here at High Vibe Crystals we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (this excludes health & wellness products & our services).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at highvibecrystals@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to cover the cost of postage & we will send you details on how & where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please see the exchanges section to understand next steps after returns are accepted & received by us. 

Health & Wellness products

Health & wellness products come with a 90 Day Guarantee, if you would like to trial these products or implement this process please contact us  on the above email in order to do so.

No refund will be given for services once rendered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note however that Crystals are imperfect & unique by nature, so it is normal & common for them to show veins, be uneven in size or in some cases to have cracks dependent on the nature of the stone.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),& personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, & once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will send you store credit voucher or e-gift card to use for purchase of the new item once the previous refund has been recieved & accepted.
