What are Chakra's?
Chakra's are energy centers stored within our body. We have seven of them starting from our base or Root Chakra, ranging up to our Crown Chakra. Each Chakra has a specific duty & vibrates at a particular frequency which correspond to the vibrations of certain colors or minerals (Crystals).

Root Chakra
The Root Chakra is positioned between the rectum & the genitals. A disturbance in the Root Chakra leads to addiction, uncontrolled or diminished sexuality, digestive disorders & potentially obesity. It is an energy center for all the bodies hard tissues such as bones, teeth, nails & the spine. It can also influence the prostate, blood cells & the intestines. A good way to tell if your Root Chakra needs work is if you generally feel a disconnect to nature & the Earth.
Crystals to treat the Root Chakra;
Garnet, Hematite, Red Jasper, Mookaite, Onyx, Rhodonite, Obsidian, Smokey Quartz, Ruby or Black Tourmaline.
Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra is found above your pubic bone & opens frontwards. This energy center governs the flow of liquids, including blood, sweat, digestive juices, sperm, urine & tears. A blockage in your Sacral area can mean issues surrounding sex. It also means one may lose their zest for life or find difficulty in experiencing joy.
Crystals to treat the Sacral Chakra;
Orange Beryl, Orange Calcite, Orange Jasper, Sunstone, Carnelian & Citrine.
Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus lies right above your naval- or belly button. This Chakra is responsible for your stomach, liver, spleen, gall bladder & for regulating your digestive & nervous systems. When your Solar Plexus is blocked it could mean feelings of discontentment, restlessness or discouragement.
Crystals to treat the Solar Plexus Chakra;
Tigers Eye, Topaz, Yellow Tourmaline, Citrine, Pyrite, Yellow Calcite, Golden Fluorite, Ocean Jasper, Mookaite or Sulphur Quartz.
Heart Chakra
The Solar Plexus lies right above your naval- or belly button. This Chakra is responsible for your stomach, liver, spleen, gall bladder & for regulating your digestive & nervous systems. When your Solar Plexus is blocked it could mean feelings of discontentment, restlessness or discouragement.
Crystals to treat the Heart Chakra;
Both green & pink stones are recommended for the heart Chakra, these include; Green- Aventurine, Chrysocolla, Chrysopras, Jade, Moss Agate, Olivine, Emerald, Green Fluorite & Green Tourmaline. Pink- Rhodonite, Rhodochrosite, Rose Quartz, Pink Opal, Cobaltoan Calcite & Flower Agate,
Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra lies at the base of your Throat. It provides energy to the thyroid gland & governs hunger, thirst, ear infections, the eyes, nose, throat & lungs. It rules over speech & when blocked can make it difficult for one to verbally express themselves or to speak their truth.
Crystals to treat the Throat Chakra;
Sodalite, Chalcedony, Celestite, Rainbow Moonstone, Aquamarine, Opal, Turquoise, Blue Aragonite, Blue Fluorite, Caribbean Calcite, Blue Lace agate, Amazonite & Blue Topaz.
Third Eye Chakra
The Third Eye Chakra is located within your forehead, in the center of your eyes a couple of centimeters inwards. Your Third Eye is responsible for enhancing your intuition, perception & is linked to your eyes, nose, face & senses. When your Third Eye Chakra is blocked one will have difficulty seeing themselves clearly & they risk narrowing their understanding.
Crystals to treat the Third Eye Chakra;
Sodalite, Amethyst, Sapphire, Blue/Purple Fluorite or Agate & Ametrine.
Crown Chakra
Celestial energy enters the Crown Chakra which is located above your head. It governs the ones size & inner development. It is the gateway into the infinite universe. Opening this Chakra leads to spiritual enlightenment.

Amethyst, White Moonstone, Labradorite, Diamonds, Violet Fluorite, Clear Quartz, Howlite, White Agate & Tourmalinated Quartz.
